Site work and utilities
Excavation, drainage and French drains, water, sewer and gas lines, grading that sends water away from the house instead of into it.
Outdoor living
Decks, patios, outdoor kitchens and retaining walls. Built on ground that was prepared properly, which is why they stay flat.
Interior remodeling
Basements, kitchens and bathrooms. Demolition through finishes, with the licensed trades scheduled around your household instead of the other way around.

Most of the work is buried by the time it is finished. These are the same jobs opened up and then closed back in.
Outdoor staircase and walls
Worn concrete steps and a tired block wall taken out, rebuilt in segmental block with new stone treads and lighting.
Outbuilding from the ground up
Framed on a graded pad over the winter, finished and sided with doors and windows by the spring.
Deck to outdoor kitchen
The original wood deck and steps came off. A stone outdoor kitchen with a granite counter and built in grill went in their place.
